Cancellation Policy
Hair By Wade Hampton values our customers and their busy schedules. As such, we have a strict policy for no-shows and cancelations. We require 24 hours advance notice of cancelation to protect both the service professional and to provide waitlisted clients the opportunity to book new openings. Except in cases of unavoidable emergencies, late cancelations (cancelations with less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows (cancelations without any notification) will be charged 50% of the listed service price of the missed appointment. We understand that life is hectic, and that mix-ups and emergencies happen. You can notify us of a cancelation or rebook through our app, text, or leave a voice-mail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
